Common questions
A workflow run is one complete execution of a workflow — from the trigger firing to all actions completing (or failing). If a trigger fires but hits a condition that stops execution early, it still counts as one run.
Yes — all plans include branching logic. The visual canvas and conditional routing are core to OrchVyne and aren't reserved for paid tiers. Where plans differ is in run volume, active workflow count, and connector breadth.
Workflows are paused (not deleted) until the next billing cycle resets your count. You'll receive an email warning at 80% and 95% usage. You can upgrade at any time to continue running.
We have 200+ native connectors covering all major CRM, ERP, finance, communication, HR, and project management tools. If your tool isn't in the library, our webhook trigger handles any HTTP-based API. You can also request a connector — we prioritize by user demand.
The Team plan covers most large-scale ops needs. If you need volume above 250k runs/month, custom SLA guarantees, or dedicated infrastructure, contact us at [email protected] and we'll work something out.
Yes. Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time with no penalty — your access continues until the end of the billing period. Annual plans are prepaid and non-refundable for unused months, but we're reasonable people — contact us if something came up.
